Using a Custom Image Library in Unlayer

When you integrate a Custom Image Library with Unlayer, the built-in Unlayer File Manager is automatically disabled — and that’s completely expected behavior.

Why This Happens

The File Manager and Custom Image Library are designed to work independently, not simultaneously. When you enable a Custom Image Library, you gain full control over how images are stored, accessed, and managed for your end-users.

Since your custom integration handles all image operations, the native File Manager is turned off by default once Unlayer detects the custom setup.
